Dear Fellow NTC Triathletes,
It is that time when we need to finalise our entry lists into the prestigious and most entertaining National Team Relay Championships. This year they are following the same format as 2015, further details of which are noted on the forms below. What we need from you is your confirmation that you wish to take part, whether you wish to compete on the Saturday or the Sunday (or both???) and then payment of the appropriate entry fee.
To secure your entry please complete the entry form and return to Phil Harris or Gowan Miller or to the membership desk on a Saturday morning along with your payment (which can be by cash or bank transfer, details below) not later than Sunday 3rd July. An email copy of the form will be accepted and should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org . Any entry form received without payment by the 3rd July will unfortunately not be accepted and any requests received after this date will be subject to availability.
Word and PDF files are attached for you depending on whether you prefer to complete as an e-form (word) or print and hand write (PDF). Hard copies will also be available in the clubhouse on the club noticeboard.
