Nuneaton Triathlon Club

We have access to fantastic facilities at the Nuneaton Harriers Community Association stadium located at the Pingles leisure centre in Nuneaton. This complex has an 8 lane 25m competition pool as well as a fully equipped gym and a 400m running track. 

We were awarded “Best Newcomer Club Award “ in Nov 2012 in the local regional area by BBC Midlands Today, and “Triathlon England club of the Year” in the West Midlands in Nov 2013 and in March 2018 we received our latest award, NBBC Active 4 Life Community Club of the year!

Many members regularly compete in some form of triathlon events at home and abroad. Furthermore our club championship awards  encourage participation in local and some national events. We have several age group triathletes and also many members who have competed in half and full Ironman races, as a result the Club boasts Kona qualifiers as well as some who are just starting their triathlon journey. The club has 3 British Triathlon qualified coaches at level 2  and 4 qualified at level 1, as well as members who assist our current coaching teams as British Triathlon Activators.

In 2019 we set up a Junior section of the club with its own coaching team and programme. The Junior coaching team have significant triathlon and junior coaching experience. Our junior section is currently thriving, with an active membership steadily increasing through 2020 and 2021 with well attended coached sessions taking place throughout the year.
